At Riwaayat Silver by JP Jewellers, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable after dispatch.

2. Returns (Domestic Orders)
- We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.
- For damaged or missing items, you must report within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned with original packaging
- Should not show any signs of wear or damage
Important Notes:
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable
- Rakhi products are non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect
- Sale products are not eligible for partial returns
- Faulty items will be replaced (not refunded)

3. Offer Products
- Products under offers (e.g., 3 for 1499) are not eligible for exchange
- Only damaged or missing items will be replaced with the same design
4. Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email
- Refund approval is subject to product inspection
Refund Timeline:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
- COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5–7 working days
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

6. International Orders
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Customers must bear return shipping charges
Refunds:
- Refund will be processed only for product value
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
